About the Journal

The Journal of the Brazilian Institute of Human Rights seeks to promote the teaching and the research in the field of human rights, in order to promote and integrate them, especially to the Brazilian reality. In order to reach those objectives, it published scientific texts related to human rights, and its articles stand out for their content, the density of their approaches and their relevance in encouraging reflections on human rights.
